Use of this website
By accessing this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, copy, or attempt to disrupt the service. Content on this site is owned by AKI Studio unless otherwise noted.
Services
Our packages, deliverables, and pricing are described on the website but are subject to a written project agreement. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Project timelines start once content, approvals, and payment are received as agreed.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Monthly support packages are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for third-party services (e.g. hosting providers) outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
